Summer Helper-Outdoor & Indoor Projects

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lawn/grass cutting and maintenanceWeed whacking/pullingSome indoor painting, including preparation.Performing projects assigned by the Facility Manager or representative.Skills: Ability to work independentlyProficient with reading and math, sufficient to accurately follow directions, and to Proficient writing skillsThis position necessitates the ability to think critically, manage time effectively and perform work in a quality mannerComputer familiarity to access information as needed.Somewhat familiar with lawn care equipment such as walking behind and/or riding lawn mower, weed whacker, and hand tools.Somewhat familiar with the basics of room painting, as with the preparation and clean up processes.Requirements: Walking, standing, kneeling, stooping, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds; some stairs.Sitting/riding lawn care equipmentSome/minimal computerWalking while carrying approximately 5 poundsAchieved age 18No benefits as this is a temporary position.Approximately 30 scheduled hours per week with flexibly from Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00 pm.Pay rate: $15.00 to $17.00 based on experience.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
