You'll work with our global thermal, electrical and mechanical engineering community on cutting edge electronic cooling solutions.You will:Develop thermal architecture and concepts for new innovative air and liquid cooling concepts and establish feasibilityEstablish portfolio cooling strategies and lead junior thermal engineersCreate cutting edge cooling innovations through new technology exploration and integrationCollaborate with mechanical engineering for design tradeoffs in node-level air and liquid cooling solutionsEnsure designs are manufacturable and highly reliableTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements:12+ years in a thermal engineering role to include experience with server cooling systems or equivalent skillExpertise in internal fluid dynamics and heat transferExperience with analytical, numerical and experimental techniques for thermal system developmentSkilled at analyzing options and selecting critical design elements for product developmentExcellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with and influence global teamsDesirable Requirements:BS, MS or PhD in mechanical engineering or related fieldCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
