What This Role Is…As an DC Maintenance Supply Associate, the primary function of this position is organize incoming supplies, reviewing them for accuracy by checking against the packing slips, place them in the appropriate location in the Supply cage, pull supplies as requested by various departments, and deliver requested supplies to the departments. Your contributions will ensure the success of the Operations Department at CITY HOME.Position Title: Location:Distribution Center Supply Associate Plant City, FLReports To: Department:Operations Manager OperationsPay Rate:$17.75What You’ll Do…As an DC Supply Associate, your primary responsibilities will be to:Reviews/Receives Incoming SuppliesChecks that supplies delivered match what was ordered. Enters supplies into Tofino Supply Tracking System. Processes/Delivers Department OrdersDrives to each department Kanban card area and scan request cards. Collects uniform orders from department supervisors. Processes request in Tofino Supply Tracking System. Pulls requests from Kanban by hand. Delivers requested supplies to appropriate departments. Maintains Distribution Center cleanliness by using floor sweeper/scrubber equipment. Transports Incoming Supplies to the Supply CageUses a golf cart/tugger/fork lift to transfer incoming supplies from the receiving dock to the supply cage. Other Duties As AssignedDelivers daily mail to associates. Delivers water to designated locations. Cleans the supply cage area. Audits/Cycles the count of supply cage inventory. Delivers supplies to various Operations Departments.
