We're committed to quality, innovation, and providing a clean, well‐organized workplace where skilled team members can thrive.We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Control/Quality Assurance Technician to join our team.Position OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for auditing production processes and products, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. You will collaborate closely with the QA/QC Manager and Production Supervisors to report findings and support corrective actions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport 5S, Lean, and Continuous Improvement initiativesAudit processes to ensure compliance with established standards and work instructionsAssist in evaluating internal and external quality claimsCreate and maintain procedures, workflows, and work instructionsSupport process and product studies as directedAssist with coordination and calibration of measurement equipmentParticipate in investigations using root cause analysis toolsConduct final, in-process, and outsourced inspectionsPerform other duties as assigned by the QA Manager.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree and/or relevant experience5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/quality environmentDemonstrated leadership and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysGender Neutral Paid Parental Leave - 14 weeks at 90% of wageRetirement plan options - 5% employer contribution plus a 3% employer match on 6% employee contributionOpportunities for skill development and internal advancementSupportive team environmentApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
