In this non-technical role, you’ll be at the center of coordinating multiple high-profile projects, helping senior stakeholders stay accountable, and driving deliverables forward with confidence and a strong sense of ownership. Bring your energy for organization and relationship building to a team where your follow-through truly makes a difference!This exciting opportunity begins as a 12-month W2 contract offering a hybrid schedule (requiring onsite presence at least 3 days per week in Orlando, FL), competitive benefits, and the potential to extend or convert to permanent employment!ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) across three (3) concurrent projects, ensuring no detail is overlookedDrive day-to-day accountability by proactively following up on outstanding tasks and due items through email and chat communicationSummarize daily project progress, reporting on completed actions versus items needing further follow-upServe as the primary point of contact between project teams and director-level stakeholders, ensuring needs and deliverables are on trackFacilitate approximately 3-4 meetings weekly (primarily standups focused on resolving project blockers), while prioritizing asynchronous communication and independent workChampion consistency and timeliness, confirming task owners are actively progressing their assignmentsSupport seamless collaboration and transparency through the ongoing use of project management and communication toolsOrganize and present data via visual tools like MSPlanner, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, or by updating existing dashboardsSkills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree required (preferably in business, IT, or a closely related field)Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting project teams, preferably within IT/software or Agile environmentsProven ability to coordinate across multiple projects simultaneously and maintain meticulous organizationStrong proficiency with project management tools, especially Smartsheet; familiarity with Microsoft Planner is a plusConfidence in assertively communicating with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are metExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for follow-through and clear documentationExperience with Jira, GitLab, or similar tools considered an assetKnowledge of Agile/Scrum, PMP or CSM certification, or familiarity with SDLC is a bonusSelf-starter comfortable working in a hybrid model and maintaining accountability in both team-based and independent settingsYou will receive the following benefits:Medical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your familyDental & Orthodontia BenefitsVision BenefitsHealth Savings Account (HSA)Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsVoluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability InsuranceHospital Indemnity InsurancePaid Sick Time LeaveLegal and Identity Protection PlansPre-tax Commuter Benefit529 College Saver PlanMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
