*Qualifications:*

- Previous experience in elementary teaching, preferably a minimum of three years.
- Master's degree in Education or related field.
- Familiarity with Montessori or literacy-based education approaches.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
*Computer Skills:*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology tools.
*Supervisory Responsibilities:*
Provide guidance to teaching assistants, aides, and volunteers as needed.
