Key Responsibilities:Independently manage nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution Conduct thorough investigations and develop strategic discovery responses tailored to individual cases Continuously improve national claims program and collaborate with attorneys and clients on case strategyQualifications:JD from an ABA-accredited law school Admitted to practice in at least one state 5+ years of litigation experience with strong discovery expertise Experience in multi-jurisdictional litigation or national claims programs preferred Background in transportation, logistics, or related regulatory frameworks preferred
