This is Hybrid onsite role in Tualatin, OR. Schedule- able to go into office 1 day a week (Thursdays). Remaining 4 days remote. 8am-5pm PTThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360. This role supports the design and development of engaging learning experiences and works collaboratively with senior designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that support business and learner needs.Top 3 Skills:Strong Instructional Design & Adult Learning ExpertiseHands‑On Development & Learning Technology ProficiencyStakeholder Partnership & Communication SkillsKey Responsibilities:Support the design, development, and maintenance of engaging learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia, with guidance from senior instructional designers.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and contribute to identifying effective learning solutions.Contribute to the design and delivery of adult learning experiences that help build skills and improve performance.Apply adult learning, instructional design, and Lam branding standards, with coaching and feedback as needed.Minimum Qualifications:Experience supporting projects, including contributing to timelines, tasks, and deliverables.Demonstrated experience in instructional design, with a portfolio that shows hands-on work in Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia (academic, early-career, or professional work accepted).1–3 years of experience designing and developing online learning, or equivalent experience gained through coursework, internships, or related roles.Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts, with an interest in further developing expertise.Exposure to multiple learning technologies and modalities (e.g., eLearning, video, virtual training) and familiarity with training development models.Proficient in PowerPoint as a design tool and comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications.Experience using learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360/Rise and Camtasia.Ability to design creative solutions using an iterative, feedback-driven, and collaborative approach.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders across different locations and time zones.Preferred Qualifications:Exposure to or initial experience using generative AI tools for learning development, such as voiceover or animation tools (e.g., WellSaid Labs, Vyond), with an interest in expanding skills in this area.A developing eye for visual and graphic design, with some experience using tools in the Adobe Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop) or a strong interest in building design capability.A curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and approaches, including generative AI, and an interest in how learning and work will continue to evolve in a digital environment.Our Client is a Fortune 350 company that engages in the design, manufacturing, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment.
