Customer Service ManagerLocation: Fontana, CA (On-Site)A growing distribution company is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead a team of Account Coordinators supporting customers throughout the Western U.S.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, partnering with Sales and Operations, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee customer accounts, coach a seasoned team, and help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.Responsibilities• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Coordinators • Manage key customer accounts and escalated issues • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams • Improve processes, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction • Monitor performance metrics, order accuracy, and service levels • Support employee training and development • Travel occasionally to regional locations as neededQualifications• 5+ years of customer service, account management, or operations leadership experience • Experience supporting sales teams and customer-facing operations • Background in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Experience with ERP systems; Acumatica or Sage is a plus • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
