Aerobics Instructor

Ares of instruction may include yoga, step aerobics, poolexercise, strength training, Pilates, Pound, Zumba, Insanity andother types of dance formats, as well as basic tumbling/gymnasticclasses. Instructors must demonstrate proper techniques and methodsfor participants, observe participants, and inform them ofcorrective measures. Certification as an instructor and/or trainerin fitness area taught by a nationally recognized organization isPreferred And 3-5 Years Experience Is Required. Current CPRcertification also required. Instructors teaching a trademark and/orfranchise type class (Zumba, Pound, Insanity) must hold a currentLicense with that corporation. The job requireshand/finger dexterity to handle materials, manipulate tools, and reachwith hands and arms. The job requires operation of job-related equipmentand driving a vehicle. The employee must occasionally lift and/or moveup to 100 pounds with assistance.
