CX Data Operations Analyst

If you enjoy owning end-to-end workflows—from data pipelines to campaign execution—and want to apply AI to real-world operations, this is a great fit.What You’ll Own:• Automated list management across multiple outreach and regulatory programs• Dialer performance optimization (targeting, throughput, efficiency)• Dashboard development for campaign visibility and operational health• Data pipeline development supporting campaign execution• Compliance execution (e.g., DNC, sanctions screening)• Fast-turnaround ad hoc data and campaign requests (1–2 day SLAs)• Implementation of AI-driven automation across workflowsWhat You Bring:• Strong SQL + Python skills• Experience with Databricks, ETL pipelines, and data APIs• Data visualization expertise (Tableau and/or Qlik Sense)• Familiarity with outbound call platforms / auto dialers• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities• Detail-oriented with a strong execution mindset• Interest in applying AI to scale operational workflowsNice to Have:• A/B testing or statistical analysis experience• Background in customer lifecycle, retention, or churn programs• Experience in multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, email)Why This Role:This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly improve operational performance and help modernize workflows through automation and AI.
