The Store Team strives to create the best shopping experience possible for our customers. As a community-based company, we want our customers to feel right at home when they shop at Bi-Mart.About the Store Manager PositionThe Store Manager manages the overall store operations (i.e., controlling expenses, merchandising standards, safety, security, and workforce management) and helps create a store enviornment to drive positive customer and employee experiences, while working to increase sales and profitability.
