Your focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork helps us deliver high‑quality metal parts every day.A day in the lifeYou arrive, review the day’s work orders, and study blueprints to confirm bend sequences and tooling. You set up the CNC press brake with the right dies and backgauge positions, run first-piece checks, and measure to tight tolerances. Throughout the shift, you monitor machine performance, adjust programs or tooling as needed, and resolve issues to minimize downtime. You collaborate with teammates to fine-tune processes, and you leave your cell clean, organized, and safe for the next operator.Core responsibilitiesConfigure and run CNC press brakes to form metal parts precisely to specification.Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to verify requirements and bend details.Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet customer and industry standards.Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to keep performance high and interruptions low.Partner with team members to improve methods, throughput, and consistency.Follow safety procedures and maintain an orderly, well-organized workstation.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; machining-related technical training or certification is a plus.Hands-on experience operating CNC press brakes or comparable forming equipment.Fluency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.Proven ability to take precise measurements and perform shop math accurately.Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.Clear communicator and effective team player.Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and regulations.LocationMilwaukee, WI
