(Front Office) Guest Services Supervisor

Description Will regularly work three 10 hour shifts per week. Shift times are from 6 am - 4pm. This classic landmark is defined through its culture and distinctive atmosphere.The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to join our team! DESCRIPTION:Provide excellent guest service and problem resolution to AAA Four Diamond standards. Responsible for supervising the valet, bell, shuttle and other transportation services of the hotel. Will greet guests, ticket vehicles using valet service, manage valet payments, train new hires, complete accident reports when applicable, attend resume meetings, ensure shop standards are met consistently and other duties as assigned. Will regularly work four ten hour shifts per week.SCHEDULING:Requirements Thorough knowledge of the Seattle area as well as all hotel services and amenities is paramount for success in this position. Previous supervisory and valet experience is a must. Previous hotel experience is highly desired. Ability to stand for long periods of time and work both indoors and outdoors required. A driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles and a valid driver’s license are required. Must be very detailed oriented and have a professional demeanor Must posses excellent interpersonal skills & effective communication.Salary Description$23.72/hr
