Warehouse Inventory Specialist

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels of raw materials, work in progress, and finished displays to support efficient production operations and on time customer shipments.What You'll Be DoingTrack, manage, and maintain inventory of corrugated materials, inserts, packaging supplies, and finished display unitsPerform routine cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracyReceive inbound shipments, inspect materials, and verify quantities against purchase ordersLabel, store, and organize materials to ensure accessibility for production linesMonitor work in progress inventory and coordinate movement between staging, production, and storage areasInvestigate discrepancies and partner with production, quality, and leadership to resolve variancesMaintain inventory records within inventory systems, spreadsheets, or warehouse management toolsSupport material planning by communicating low stock levels and replenishment needsEnsure materials meet quality standards before being released to production or prepared for shipmentWho We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of inventory, warehouse, or materials management experienceExperience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environments preferredStrong computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and inventory systemsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate recordsAbility to work independently and collaborate across departmentsFamiliarity with cycle counting, inventory tracking, and material flow processesWhat You Can Expect$22.00/hrMonday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pmOccasional weekends based on production needsMedical, dental and vision insurancePaid holidaysPTOCompany DescriptionStaffBuildersHR is a recruiting and staffing company committed to providing an exceptional staffing experience for our clients by offering superior customer service and highly trained individuals.
