Project Manager

We have partnered with a well-established construction contractor to bring on a Construction Project Manager.This is hands-on project delivery from day one. You'll lead a significant build in Monterey, CA.The role:Own projects end-to-end. You'll drive scheduling, manage subcontractors across trades, hold the line on cost and contracts, and coordinate across design and delivery teams. No hand-holding — this role needs someone who gets things built.What you'll bring:• 3 to 5 years of direct, hands-on construction project delivery experience• Cross-trade knowledge — civils, MEP, and everything in between• Confidence across scheduling, design coordination, contracts, and cost management• Working understanding of project accounting and financial controls• The ability to hit the ground running on a live project in MontereyWhat's on offer:• $120,000 to $175,000 depending on experience• Permanent, full-time role• Based in Monterey, CA• Strong forward project pipeline with real career runwayInterviews are moving quickly.
