Completes treatments, med administration and equipment use following established standards. Responds appropriately to emergency situations.*Observe for resident/family learning needs. Plans and coordinates with other disciplines (P.T., Pharmacist, etc.) to meet learning needs of residents. Teaches, counsels and reinforces residents and family members.*Assumes accountability and responsibility for quality of resident care provided.
