You’ll have the chance to work across different industries, quickly learn each client’s sales process, and help their teams perform at a high level.You’re a great fit for this role if you’ve led modern sales teams, hired and developed reps, and thrive in fast-moving environments. We’re looking for someone with unquestionable character, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to figure things out in any situation.Need to have qualifications:2+ years managing modern sales teams who were selling to US customersExperience hiring at least 10 sales reps in BDR or AE roles2+ years in performance management, including reviewing sales calls and providing constructive feedbackUncanny ability to figure things out by yourself (FITFO)Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to different sales processesExceptional English communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work 40 hours per week in US Eastern timeNice to have:Experience working in a variety of industries, including SaaS, services, and direct-to-consumerBackground in sales training and developmentFamiliarity with a variety of popular CRM tools and sales acceleration tools (i.e., Gong, Salesloft, etc.)Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for clients from the RGP side, maintaining strong and positive client relationshipsOversee and manage salespeople deployed to various sales teams, ensuring they are meeting performance targetsQuickly learn and adapt to each client's unique sales process, providing guidance and support to sales teamsConduct regular performance reviews, including reviewing sales calls and providing constructive feedbackCollaborate with the HR team to hire and onboard RGPs for sales roles with our clientsMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the internal team and clientsAddress and resolve any issues or challenges that arise with the deployed sales teams or clientsRole ID: 0069
