Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team and drive strategic partnerships for our crypto payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, strong business development skills, and a proven track record of establishing and managing successful partnerships. This role can be based anywhere in Europe.What you'll be doing:Partnership Development:Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the cryptocurrency and fintech space.Develop global partnerships with payment institutions such as banks and payment service providers Collaborate with potential partners to understand their needs and align them with our crypto payment solutions.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partnerships.Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive collaboration experience.Manage the relationships with existing partnersKeep track of all the changes in the partnership agreements or conditions.Business Development:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth through partner channels.Develop joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and other activities to promote our crypto payment solutions.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the crypto payment space.Provide regular market insights and feedback to internal teams for product enhancement and strategic planning.Contract Negotiation:Lead negotiations and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals.Drive a proper and fast onboarding process with the partners.Experience we'd love:5+ years of experience in partnerships or business developmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.Strong understanding of the banking and cryptocurrency ecosystem.Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, coupled with outstanding writing abilities, are essential qualities we seek in our ideal candidate.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel as needed for in-person meetings and conferences.Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel files,and all other applications, is essential for this roleResponsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, with a focus oncreating impactful presentations and maintaining data live.
