quality, cost, and schedule, while supporting business growth through customer engagement and effective project execution.JOB STRUCTURE & COMMUNICATIONS:This role reports to the Executive Vice President, Projects & Field Services.The position leads multidisciplinary project teams, including project managers, construction managers, engineers, project controls, and subcontractors, and provides mentorship to developing project managers.The role interfaces regularly with:Internal leadership across BWXT and BWXT-KinectricsUtility customers, EPC partners, OEMs, and suppliersRegulatory and industry stakeholdersCommunication involves influencing, negotiation, and resolution of complex technical and commercial matters with senior internal and external stakeholders.The role operates with a high degree of autonomy in managing project execution, including planning, resource coordination, financial performance, and customer interface, within established governance frameworks.The role requires regular domestic and international travel to support project execution, customer engagement, and global program coordination.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Accountability 1: Delivery of large, complex Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline required15+y ears of experience in the nuclear industry requiredDemonstrated experience leading large, complex nuclear projects or construction programsTechnical and Professional Knowledge:Strong knowledge of nuclear project execution, construction management, and project controlsUnderstanding of nuclear regulations, licensing requirements, and applicable codes and standardsExperience with contract management, procurement, and supply chain practices in nuclear environmentsKnowledge of risk management, change management, and project governance processesLeadership and Business Knowledge:Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex, high-risk environmentsStrong communication, Tennessee (US-TN) at the start of employment is expected to be between $169,000 and $238,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,' unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
