Role Description ARAINA AVIATION is seeking a skilled Avionics Technician for a full-time, hybrid role based in Chino, CA, with opportunities for remote work. The Avionics Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft communication, navigation, and avionics systems. Daily tasks also include conducting system diagnostics, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, reading and interpreting technical manuals, and upgrading avionics systems like complete panels and cabin connectivity. The technician will collaborate with team members to ensure high safety and quality standards are upheld. Qualifications Strong knowledge of avionics systems, including communication and navigation equipmentHands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics systemsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manualsFamiliarity with aviation regulations and compliance standardsProficiency in utilizing diagnostic and testing equipmentStrong problem-solving, attention to detail, and technical communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentPrevious experience with cabin connectivity and panel upgrades is a plusFAA certifications or equivalent training in avionics technology is highly desirable
