Fry/Saut Cook PositionThe primary responsibility of the fry/saut cook is to properly prepare all items utilizing recipe adherence and in the quantities ordered by the servers according to Mastro's Restaurants specifications.Responsibilities:Maintain a neat and organized stationProperly label and rotate all prepped productAlways follow Mastro's provided recipesTake direction from the executive and sous chefs and broilerAccept, keep in order and prepare incoming ordersNotify your executive chef of any quality or specification concernsMaintain proper sanitary conditions of your work areaMaintain equipment in good repairMaintain positive communication with fellow staff chefs and managementConduct yourself with concern for safety at all timesQualifications:Physical/mental requirements and working conditions:Ability to stand at least of your shiftAbility to walk up to 1/2 of your shiftAbility to use hands to handle or feel at least of your shiftAbility to reach with hands and arms of your shiftAbility to work with hot surfaces, open flame and hot oilAbility to lift 55 pounds and carry 50 feet several times during your shiftClear vision at 20 inches or lessNormal ability to adjust vision and focusAbility to work in cold conditions up to 1/3 of your shiftWork with/near moving mechanical parts up to of your shiftWork with moderate noise from machines up to 3/4 of your shiftNLT posted salary range USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 /hr.
