Position SummaryThe organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support complex digital transformation initiatives across mobile applications, online banking platforms, and related digital channels. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, driving execution from planning through implementation and closure while ensuring projects align with business objectives and deliver meaningfulcustomer outcomes.This position operates in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong visibility and collaboration acrossbusiness and technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex, mid- to large-scale digital initiatives from initiation through closureManage project planning, execution, implementation, performance analysis, and reportingDrive project prioritization and coordinate day-to-day delivery activitiesPartner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success metricsApply Agile and Scrum methodologies to support iterative delivery and adaptabilityFacilitate critical decision-making and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource needsEnsure adherence to enterprise project management methodologies and best practicesTrack budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure projects meet delivery commitmentsLead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance the customer/member experienceSupport organizational change efforts related to digital transformation initiativesRequired QualificationsSenior-level experience leading complex enterprise projects as a Project ManagerStrong expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworksDemonstrated experience supporting or delivering digital banking or financial services transformation initiatives, including:Mobile applicationsOnline banking platformsCustomer/member digital experiencesProven ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
