At Camp Fire North Shore, we create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where campers explore new interests, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills. All staff share responsibility for supporting an inclusive environment for children, families, and colleagues. Staff are expected to support inclusive practices, collaborate with team members, implement inclusion strategies as directed, and participate in related training.Our Activity Specialists play a vital role in bringing creativity, movement, and discovery to life each day.Summer Camp Specialists design and lead engaging, age-appropriate programming in their focus area. Specialists create structured lesson plans, manage group dynamics, and inspire campers to try new things while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.Employment is pending a background check.
