The role offers significant opportunity to build, improve, and scale financial processes as the business continues to expand.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both analytical work and hands-on execution and wants visibility into how capital decisions support growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCash & Liquidity ManagementPrepare and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts, including sources and uses of cashMonitor liquidity and proactively identify risks and opportunitiesAnalyze forecast variances and communicate insights to finance leadershipDebt & ComplianceTrack and manage debt compliance, including covenant calculations and reportingCoordinate with lenders and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate complianceSupport interest, principal, and financing activity across entitiesJoint Ventures & Capital CallsPrepare and manage capital calls across multiple joint venturesTrack funding requirements, contributions, and distributionsEnsure alignment with JV agreements and supporting documentationFP&A & Strategic SupportPartner with Business Development, Engineering, and Finance leadership on forecasting assumptions, project timing, and investment analysisSupport budgeting, scenario modeling, and decision-support analysesProvide clear, actionable financial insights to leadershipProcess Improvement & ScalingBuild and improve forecasting, treasury, and reporting processesIdentify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutionsHelp mature finance operations in a fast-growing environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3-6+ years of experience in FP&A, treasury, finance operations, or related rolesStrong experience with cash forecasting and financial modelingExposure to debt compliance, capital structures, or joint ventures preferredAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and ERPs a plusStrong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionallyBuilder mindset with comfort operating in a dynamic, evolving organizationWhy This RoleHybrid role blending FP&A and treasuryHigh visibility with finance leadershipDirect involvement in growth, capital strategy, and process build-outOpportunity to make a measurable impact in a rapidly expanding organization
