Job Opportunity: DriverWe are seeking a dedicated and professional driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services for individuals traveling between sober living homes and our office for treatment services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and supportive transportation experience while maintaining professionalism and respect for client confidentiality. ResponsibilitiesProvide transportation services to and from sober living homes and treatment facilities with a positive attitude. Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transport. Maintain professional and respectful interactions with individuals in recovery. Assist clients with mobility needs as necessary. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies. Maintain accurate transportation logs and reports. Complete detailed written records of activities. Stay informed about community resources, peer support activities, and social clubs. Attend training as required and assigned by a supervisor. QualificationsMust have a valid unrestricted VA Driver's License. Must be able to pass an FBI National Background Check per DBHDS Standards. Knowledge of community resources, peer support, and recovery-oriented activities. Ability to build supportive, trusting relationships with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Experience working in a recovery home setting is a plus. Strong communication skills (written, oral, and digital). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, email, instant messaging). Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a mental health or substance use recovery setting.
