(SRM) is currently seeking a Program Analyst to support a potential client at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, Virginia. Founded in 1979, SRM is a Department of Defense (DoD) contracting company that provides a wide range of services to the United States Navy. We are seeking skilled and highly motivated candidates to join our team. Pay and Benefits: Competitive pay, commensurate with experience Paid vacation Paid holidays – eleven (11) days per year 401K with potential 4% match Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance Position Responsibilities: Track program and project budgets in support of an engineering prototype fabrication facility and its associated projects Generate and update detailed project cost estimates, such as labor, materials, etc. Report on and maintain schedule development for ongoing engineering prototype fabrication, design and drafting, and model development efforts Draft technical documents and review project documentation for proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting Qualifications: Three (3) years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Financial analysis, Scheduling, Market research, Job tracking, Procurement, Logistics, or Program analysis Demonstrated experience with maintaining and tracking program and project budgets, generating and updating detailed cost estimates, and reporting on and maintaining program and project schedules Demonstrated experience with drafting technical documents and reviewing project documentation for proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting Must be a U.S. citizen Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s Degree in a business field is desirable High proficiency with data processing applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Special Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
