Marketing Coordinator (Contract 4-7 months)Emeryville, CA (Hybrid)You are a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who supports key marketing initiatives across promotions, retail marketing, communications, and collateral management. This role partners closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and ongoing projects.This position pays: $28.00 per hourWhat you will be doing:Coordinate operator illustration trafficking from initial intake through proofing, approvals, and final print production with third-party agenciesConduct weekly coupon performance reporting using MicroStrategy; maintain accurate redemption logs in ExcelProof weekly advertising materials to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, sizing, and promotional detailsCollaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to source and select customer testimonials for advertising useSupport store grand opening recaps by analyzing app download data and populating reporting templatesProvide ongoing marketing support for weekly projects and ad hoc initiativesPartner effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assetsWhat you bring:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a retail environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and deadlinesSelf-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teamsCompany DescriptionFor over 50 years, Nelson Connects has empowered employers and job seekers to achieve their unique versions of success.
