Office Manager & Executive AssistantWe are currently seeking candidates for an Office Manager & Executive Assistant opportunity at a highly successful hedge fund located in Boston, MA. The Office Manager & Executive Assistant will manage daily operations and provide executive support to the CFO and additional C-suite leaders. Key responsibilities include complex calendar management, travel coordination (domestic and international), internal/external correspondence, meeting preparation and coordination, vendor relations, and event planning. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of executive assistant, administrative assistant, and/or office management experience.This is a 3-6+ month contract-to-hire position, paying between $40-$50/hour (depending on experience).Responsibilities: Provide executive support to the CFO and additional C-Suite leaders while overseeing day-to-day office operationsManage complex calendars, meetings, and domestic and international travelPrepare and manage executive correspondence, presentations, and briefing materialsCoordinate executive, board, and investor/client meetings, including agendas, materials, and logisticsTrack priorities and ensure timely follow-through on action itemsOversee office operations, including vendor management (IT, facilities, supplies, security), onboarding support, and workspace logisticsServe as the primary point of contact for office needs and a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholdersManage event planning for in-office activities/lunches/events, portfolio meetings, holiday parties, and company outingsHandle confidential information with discretion and support special projects as neededPerform additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (required) 5-6+ years of executive assistant, administrative assistant, and office manager experience in investment management, financial services, or professional services industryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal contexts (preferred, but not required)Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement Exceptional follow-through skills with strong attention to detailFor immediate consideration, interested and qualified candidates should send their resume to Jenny at .
