This role combines hands-on project execution with team leadership, process development, and performance management.This individual will drive excellence across all implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of customer satisfaction. They will establish and enforce standards, develop repeatable processes, and lead continuous improvement efforts to scale and strengthen the implementation function.The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to elevate team performance, and a focus on measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Implementation Project Managers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Lead end-to-end SaaS software implementations for manufacturing and industrial clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and business process alignment.Establish team standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all implementations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalability.Define and track key performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, budget adherence, customer satisfaction) and hold the team accountable to high standards.Oversee project portfolio health, proactively identifying risks, resource constraints, and opportunities for improvement.Directly manage complex, high-impact implementation projects from initiation through delivery.Develop and manage project plans, including scope, resources, budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Ensure alignment with contractual obligations and customer expectations.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers through status updates, presentations, workshops, and training sessions.Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams, establishing credibility and trust at all levels.Maintain and promote organized, standardized project documentation and artifacts.Create a Project Management Office (PMO) to align with broader organizational standards and initiatives.Develop deep expertise software, including configuration and potential customization, to guide both team and customer success.Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience leading and managing enterprise software implementation teams.Demonstrated success delivering complex software implementations on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.Experience managing a minimum of 10 enterprise-level software implementations or deployments.At least 3–5 years of experience managing cloud-based software implementations.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field preferred.Required SkillsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and elevate team performance.Highly goal-oriented, with a focus on accountability, metrics, and measurable outcomes.Ability to drive process transformation and implement scalable best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with adaptability in complex environments.Detail-oriented with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.Communication SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including executives, clients, and technical teams.Strong ability to develop reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.Travel RequirementsOccasional travel, up to 15%.Flexibility to accommodate additional hours or travel based on project needs.ATG456
