Strong leadership across these areas is essential to delivering consistently high outcomes for our clients.Position SummaryEntrega is seeking a Manager of Project Delivery to lead, develop, and manage the Project Delivery team across multiple client engagements.This role sits within the Project Delivery function and is responsible for people leadership, capability development, and delivery execution consistency across Project Delivery resources. The Manager ensures that delivery staff are operating effectively within the delivery model, producing high-quality outputs, and progressing in their development.This is not a client relationship ownership role. This role does not replace delivery accountability held by engagement leadership. Instead, this role is responsible for ensuring the strength, consistency, and performance of the Project Delivery capability across the organization.This role may also contribute directly to client delivery in targeted scenarios to support complex engagements, reinforce delivery standards, and maintain proximity to execution.ResponsibilitiesThis description reflects the primary accountabilities of the role and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. Role scope may evolve in alignment with business needs.Team Leadership & People ManagementManage and develop Project Delivery Analysts, Leads, Managers, and DirectorsProvide coaching, feedback, and performance management across the teamSupport career progression, capability development, and role clarityEnsure consistent expectations and standards across all team membersConduct regular performance check-ins and development planningDelivery Capability & Execution StandardsEstablish and reinforce consistent delivery expectations and execution standardsEnsure Project Delivery staff operate with structure, discipline, and accountabilityIdentify gaps in execution quality, consistency, or approach and address themPromote best practices in delivery execution across engagementsEnsure alignment between role expectations and actual day-to-day executionResource Effectiveness & Deployment SupportPartner with Resource Operations and Planning to support effective staffing decisionsEnsure team members are appropriately aligned to roles based on capability and experienceProvide input on resource readiness, performance, and suitability for assignmentsMonitor team utilization and engagement alignment at a high levelSupport resolution of resource-related delivery challengesDelivery Oversight & Issue EscalationMaintain visibility into delivery execution across engagementsIdentify performance risks, execution gaps, or team-related challengesSupport resolution of delivery issues related to execution quality or team performanceEscalate systemic issues impacting delivery effectivenessEnsure consistent follow-through on identified risks and actionsSelective Delivery ContributionContribute directly to delivery execution on select engagements where additional leadership or experience is requiredSupport complex workstreams, escalations, or critical delivery milestones as neededProvide hands-on guidance and execution support in high-impact delivery situationsReinforce delivery standards and model behaviors through direct engagement in client workBalance billable contribution with primary responsibility for team leadership and capability developmentCross-Functional AlignmentPartner with delivery leadership (including Service Delivery Manager) to ensure alignment between delivery expectations and team performanceCollaborate with Project Management, Planning, and Operations functions to ensure coordinated executionEnsure Project Delivery roles are clearly understood and properly utilized across engagementsReinforce alignment between delivery execution and broader organizational goalsQualificationsThe following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.6–10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or project-based delivery environmentsProven experience managing and developing delivery teamsStrong understanding of structured delivery models and execution frameworksExperience overseeing execution across multiple engagements or workstreamsAbility to identify performance gaps and drive improvementStrong communication, coaching, and leadership skillsAbility to operate across both strategic and execution-focused responsibilitiesHigh level of ownership, accountability, and operational disciplineExperience working cross-functionally with delivery, operations, and staffing teamsPerformance ProfileThis is a high-impact operational leadership role within a performance-driven professional services organization.
