This position plays an important role in ensuring residents receive quality care while supporting PCA staff and coordinating with nursing and case management teams.Daily ResponsibilitiesMonitor and respond to emails; track MLTC billing windows and authorization datesConfirm CHHA skilled nursing encounters within 48 hoursTrack MLTC authorizations for billingSupervise PCAs to ensure proper care implementation and timely completion of timesheetsReview and file End-of-Shift Reports (LPN and PCA)Educate residents who decline services on the benefits of approved careCollaborate with Case Manager regarding resident care needsEnter new residents and assessments into HCM systemMark completed assessments and assign care shifts accordinglyWeekly ResponsibilitiesConfirm PCA care from duty sheets in HCM and prepare documentation for billingPrint weekly duty sheets for residents receiving servicesCreate weekly PCA schedules (Wednesdays)ALR: Schedule care shifts in HCM based on authorization and care plansALP: Cluster care on paper calendars (15-minute increments)Complete CHHA Daily ReportsMonthly ResponsibilitiesCreate RN schedule and assign tasks in HCM (3rd week of each month), including:UAS Recertifications (every 6 months)OASIS Recertifications (every 2 months)RN Recertifications (every 6 months)Aide Supervisions (every 3 months for residents with PCA services)Create LPN schedules (3rd week of the month) and assign skilled nursing care per care plan in HCMAssist with onboarding new PCAsEnsure LHCSA staff documentation complianceConduct PCA in-service trainingsQualificationsPCA, HHA, or healthcare supervisory experience preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with scheduling, documentation, and care coordination preferredAbility to work collaboratively with nursing staff and case managersCompetitive Pay: $18–$20/hour
