You step in with purpose.Here's what it takes to succeed with us.High School Diploma or equivalent1+ year of banquet or event setup experience preferredStrong customer service and teamwork skillsAbility to lift upto 50 lbs and move equipment throughout shiftComfortable standing, bending, and working long hoursAvailability to work weekends and holidaysPositive attitude, dependable, and detail-orientedStrong focus on cleanliness and safetyKey Responsibilities:Set up event spaces includingtables, chairs, linens, buffets, dance floors, and staging perfloor plansArrange and move furniture, AV equipment, podiums, and event materialsAssist with decor setup alongside event coordinators and clientsBreak down events, clean and reset rooms to standard conditionsSupport service teams with beverage stations, water service, and restocking suppliesMaintain cleanlinessof event areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, and equipment storageFollow all safety, sanitation, and company policiesProvide friendly, professional service during all eventsWhy This Role?Because you deserve more than just another job.
