About this RoleWe are looking for a skilled and mission-driven CNO Developer to support a fast-paced and dynamic mission set at Ft. Meade, Maryland. In this role, you will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions that deliver real, mission-centric results. You won't be working in a vacuum — you'll collaborate directly with operators and analysts to integrate toolsets into their workflow and provide hands-on tactical mission support throughout the development process.You'll own the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and defining scope all the way through to releasing a productized solution. RequirementsExecute the full development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, scope definition, development, and release of productized solutionsCollaborate with end users to troubleshoot issues and rapidly develop targeted solutionsBuild prototypes that demonstrate a clear understanding of mission requirementsProduce finished toolsets capable of operating within mission constraintsAugment and extend existing toolsets as mission needs evolveProduce and modify software in C, C++, and/or PythonDemonstrated experience with Unix-based systemsStrong understanding of and hands-on experience with network programmingExperience using Atlassian tools, including Jira and ConfluenceFamiliarity with Git and SubversionEducation & Experience:6 years of experience with a B.S. in a technical discipline, OR10 years of experience in lieu of a B.S., OR4 years of experience with an M.S. in a technical discipline??
