Job OpportunityLOG'S is a company specialized in providing tailor-made logistics services for the e-commerce, retail, and industrial sectors.LOG'S offers all its clients daily, global, and personalized support to address all their logistics, transport, investment, real estate, process, and innovation issues.LOG'S currently has 3,300 employees, 46 sites in France and internationally for a total surface area of more than 1,300,000 square meters of warehouses.PositionAttached to the Site Director, the Operations Manager has the following main duties:Manage and optimize all logistics flows of the warehouse in respect of client commitments and budget.Define operational priorities, anticipate resource needs, lead teams, and monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, deadlines, stock reliability).Ensure profitability, establish and monitor the budget, analyze variances, and profitability of dossiers.Ensure coordination with internal services, clients, and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with safety rules, internal regulations, and quality of service.Manage team leaders, support their skill development, and contribute to the social climate.Monitor and comment on KPIs, lead the profit and loss account, propose continuous improvement actions.Lead projects for optimization, modernization, and transformation of logistics processes.ProfileSignificant experience in logistics operations management, ideally in a similar environment across various flows.Competence in management, performance managementAptitude with numbers, KPI tracking, and data analysisMastery of safety rules and IT tools (Office Pack, WMS)Leadership, rigor, autonomy, and proactivityAt Log's, we value diversity within our teams and we are committed to recognizing and promoting all talents.
