Client Success Manager

Looking for strong client-facing candidates with experience in Contact Center AI / Customer Operations environments.Must Have:5+ years of Client Success / Project or Program Management experienceStrong stakeholder & executive communication skillsExperience leading product rollout, implementation, adoption, and trainingExperience working with cross-functional teams including operations, analytics, AI engineering, and product teamsStrong customer engagement and relationship management backgroundPreferred:Experience with Observe.AI, Cresta, Google Contact Center AI, CCaaS or call center AI productsTelecom / Cable industry background preferred (ex: Comcast, Spectrum, etc.)Experience in large-scale call center operations, chat, voice, or digital support environmentsClient is specifically interested in candidates with Hospitality / Food & Beverage background (restaurant, hotel, bartender, server/wait staff, guest relations, etc.) combined with client-facing, sales, consulting, or customer success experience
