Support Associate

Our client, a luxury linens brand, is seeking a permanent Part-Time Support Associate to join the team at their Boston location. This role offers a unique opportunity to support store operations, uphold high standards of service, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic boutique environment.Candidates must have the ability to work a full-time retail schedule, including holidays and weekends as needed.Job Duties Include:This role is solely focused on back of house and operational tasks for the boutique.Robust experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and store maintenance.Previous background in luxury or contemporary retail stock environments.Basic IT troubleshooting and support skills.Job Qualifications Include:3+ years of retail store experience (preference in luxury sector), including back-of-house support.Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency with retail systems, POS, shipping, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs. with proper techniques and stand for duration of shift.Ability to travel as needed to off-site storage locations within a 15-mile radius.Valid US driver’s license and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysSalary: $20/hrThe description above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
