Title: ServiceNow Developer (with SailPoint ISC Integration)Location: RemoteTarget Start Date: 2/23/26Type: (C, CTH, D) ContractPay Rate / Salary (Ranges OK): $90 max payJob Description: We're seeking a ServiceNow professional with deep, hands‐on experience integrating SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) into enterprise workflows across a healthcare environment. This role focuses heavily on building and maintaining ServiceNow-SailPoint ISC integrations, including Service Catalog integration, identity lifecycle automation, and secure access provisioning. This position is critical to ensuring compliant, efficient, and reliable access for clinicians, staff, and operational teams in a 24/7 patient‐care organization.Key Responsibilities:• Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB) to support clinical and administrative workflows.• Design, build, and optimize integrations between ServiceNow and SailPoint ISC, including REST/SOAP APIs, event‐driven automation, and SCIM‐based provisioning.• Integrate SailPoint ISC with the ServiceNow Service Catalog, enabling automated access requests, approvals, and provisioning workflows.• Build and refine identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver) to ensure timely and compliant access for providers, nurses, and staff.• Support access request workflows for clinical applications (EHR/EMR, imaging, pharmacy systems) and ensure alignment with governance and compliance policies.• Troubleshoot identity, workflow, and integration issues across ServiceNow and SailPoint, ensuring minimal disruption to patient‐care operations.• Collaborate with IAM, Security, HR, Clinical Informatics, and IT Operations teams to streamline access governance and reduce manual processes.• Maintain documentation, integration diagrams, and compliance artifacts to support HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC2 audits.• Participate in roadmap planning for identity automation, ServiceNow platform maturity, and healthcare‐specific workflow improvements.Required Skills: 3-5 years of ServiceNow administration or development experience in a healthcare or regulated environment.Hands‐on experience integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint ISC, including:Identity lifecycle managementAPI‐based integrationsService Catalog integrationAccess modeling and governanceAutomated provisioning/deprovisioningStrong understanding of healthcare IAM concepts, including:Role‐based access for clinical applicationsProvider onboarding/offboardingLeast‐privilege and compliance requirementsProficiency with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and event‐driven workflows.Ability to translate clinical and operational requirements into scalable, automated technical solutions.Preferred Qualifications• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.• SailPoint ISC or IdentityIQ certifications or advanced experience.• Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and clinical access workflows.• Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, and healthcare audit processes.• Experience with Azure AD, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.• Background in healthcare security operations or clinical IT support. Soft Skills• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clinical, administrative, and technical stakeholders.• Comfortable navigating fast‐paced, high‐stakes environments where access issues directly impact patient care.• Process‐improvement mindset with a focus on automation and reducing manual workload.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Welcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
