Site Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Overview: Timeless Construction is seeking a highly motivated, quick paced, and driven Site Superintendent. The Super is responsible for providing overall project site leadership. This role directs and coordinates the development of projects and oversees their organization, scheduling and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and understanding in commercial construction, experience with a GC is highly preferred. However, a candidate with experience running residential ground up projects that is willing and ready to learn may be considered. This position will be controlling and overseeing structural, civil and detail finishes on a variety of commercial projects. The Site Superintendent coordinates site plans, specs, information, policies, and ensures that all aspects are managed appropriately. Leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency is required. Role Responsibilities: - Permitting & Inspection Management - Safety Management & Quality Control - Responsible for upholding quality control standards, maintain a clean/safe work site - Motivate performance and productivity to exceed project requirements. - Manage schedules and subcontractor coordination. Work closely with subcontractors to ensure their work is performed on schedule, required materials are delivered on time, and they are maintaining accurate staffing levels - Resource Management, Site Logistics & Operations - 100% documentation & reporting within ProCore - Act as the liaison between all contracted parties in a project - Qualificationsj100% on-time or early completion on all projects. - 100% Client Satisfaction - Maintain outstanding client relationships, resolving problems, disputes, and open issues on a timely basis. - Complete all Project Punch Lists and closeout procedures Requirements & Preferred Skills: - Experience: Minimum three years of experience as a commercial construction site superintendent managing projects including but not limited to; retail, industrial, sports fields, office, hospitality, and restaurants. - Bachelor's - Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. - In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. - Relevant certifications such as OSHA, LEED, or similar are a plus. - Strong leadership and team management - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Excellent communication, verbal and written skills - Proficient in Project Management software, preferably Procore - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Why Join Timeless Construction?
