Process Engineer

We’re looking for a Process Engineer who will play a key role in driving long‑term plant efficiency, reliability, and process stability through data analysis, technical expertise, and continuous improvement initiatives, reporting to the Permanganates Plant Manager. Here’s What You’ll Own Drive long‑term improvements in plant efficiency and reliability by analyzing operational data and identifying trends that impact performance Anticipate and prevent process upsets or equipment failures through proactive monitoring and predictive analysis Lead and support root cause analysis efforts to eliminate production losses and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Serve as a technical advisor across operations, guiding process changes, equipment upgrades, and operating parameters Plan, evaluate, and support capital projects that enhance process performance, safety, and cost efficiency Why You’ll Love This Role Your work will directly impact plant performance, efficiency, and product quality on a daily basis You’ll play a highly visible role as the go‑to technical expert for a critical production unit You’ll have the opportunity to lead meaningful process improvements and capital projects You’ll collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to solve complex challenges The Qualifications The right candidate is a detail‑oriented, data‑driven problem solver who thrives in a chemical manufacturing environment and brings a proactive, safety‑first approach to improving plant performance.
