Process Engineer

We’re looking for a Process Engineer who will play a key role in driving long‑term plant efficiency, reliability, and process stability through data analysis, technical expertise, and continuous improvement initiatives, reporting to the Permanganates Plant Manager.
Here’s What You’ll Own
Drive long‑term improvements in plant efficiency and reliability by analyzing operational data and identifying trends that impact performance
Anticipate and prevent process upsets or equipment failures through proactive monitoring and predictive analysis
Lead and support root cause analysis efforts to eliminate production losses and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Serve as a technical advisor across operations, guiding process changes, equipment upgrades, and operating parameters
Plan, evaluate, and support capital projects that enhance process performance, safety, and cost efficiency

The Qualifications
The right candidate is a detail‑oriented, data‑driven problem solver who thrives in a chemical manufacturing environment and brings a proactive, safety‑first approach to improving plant performance.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent technical background
7–10 years of experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret process data and identify improvement opportunities
Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and operations teams
Bonus Points If You Also Have
Experience leading or supporting capital projects
Prior experience in operations, maintenance, or technical support roles
Exposure to root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
