To learn more, visit www.evolabel.com and watch this videoAbout the RoleAs an Application Engineer, you will be a technical specialist responsible for guiding customers through the full lifecycle of their solutions, from requirement analysis and application design in the pre-sales phase to implementation, training, and ongoing technical support. This role is highly hands-on and collaborative, with a strong focus on problem-solving, system understanding, and continuous improvement. You will act as a trusted technical partner for both customers and internal stakeholders, and contribute to product feedback, documentation, and operational development. This role is based out of Suwanee, GA, and reports directly to the Head of Sales. Travel of up to 50% is to be expected. Your responsibilities include:Analyze customer technical requirements and translate them into Evolabel applications and solutionsDrive pre-implementation activities such as technical scoping, system configuration, and solution validationParticipate in system integration, installation, commissioning, and service activities when requiredDeliver technical training to customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure correct system usageAct as a technical point of contact post-implementation, support troubleshooting, and optimizationCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Project teams to ensure smooth deliveryGather customer and field feedback to support continuous product and process improvementContribute to internal technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharingSupport and drive the development and refinement of internal processes related to applications and deliveryQualifications & SkillsYour Education, Work Experience, Skills, and TraitsBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related fieldMin. 3 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, systems engineering, or a similar technical roleStrong technical understanding with a hands-on mindset (automation, mechanical systems, or IT environments)Experience with system integration, installation, commissioning, or service delivery is an advantageFamiliarity with CAD tools, control systems, Linux environments, or general IT infrastructure is a plusExperience working with ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpotExcellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesStructured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in cross-functional teamsWhat We Offer is More than Just a Job….An excellent team-focused work environment with visibility for your efforts and professional growth opportunitiesAn opportunity to join a truly innovative and fast-growing international companyCompetitive compensation package and excellent benefitsGlobal Collaboration: You’ll work closely with partners across the U.S. and internationally and regularly interact with the Swedish headquartersDevelop your career, grow alongside the company, and gain experience building something extraordinary
