Commercial Construction Project ManagerElement PCCTukwila, WAElement PCC is one of the fastest-growing commercial painting and specialty coatings contractors in the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from award through closeout.This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has experience working as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager for a General Contractor or commercial subcontractor and is ready to take ownership of projects, clients, schedules, budgets, and outcomes.About the RoleAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously while working closely with field leadership, customers, vendors, and company leadership.The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with customers and crews, and understand how to balance schedule, quality, manpower, and profitability.ResponsibilitiesManage projects from turnover through final closeoutServe as primary point of contact for customers and general contractorsAttend project meetings and site walksManage project schedules, manpower planning, and logisticsProcess RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationTrack project budgets, labor performance, and profitabilityReview contracts and project requirementsCoordinate material procurement and deliveriesManage billing, collections, retention tracking, and project forecastingSupport field supervisors in resolving project challengesEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetQualificationsRequired:3+ years of commercial construction project management experienceOR experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager for a General Contractor with responsibility for project administration and coordinationStrong understanding of commercial construction processesExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management softwarePreferred:Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platformsPublic works and prevailing wage experienceExperience managing subcontractors and owner-direct projectsCoatings, painting, or specialty trade experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid holidays and PTOCareer advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing companyWhy Element PCC?We are building something special.
