This role ensures accurate, timely, and premium fulfillment of customer orders in alignment with Platinum Dermatology Partners' operational standards and growth objectives.This position directly supports BestDerm's commitment to shipping all customer orders within 48 hours of placement, while enhancing the overall customer experience through thoughtful packaging, smart sampling, and operational excellence.The associate works on-site and reports directly to the BestDerm Operations & Customer Experience Manager, contributing to operational scalability and customer satisfaction as BestDerm continues to expand.Schedule & Hours:This is a part-time, on-site position requiring 30 hours per week, structured across the following required schedule:* Monday: 10 hours* Friday: 10 hours* Sunday: 10 hoursThis schedule ensures consistent fulfillment coverage to meet BestDerm's 48-hour shipping standards, priority shipping requirements, and operational workflows. Shift timing will be coordinated with the BestDerm Operations & Customer Experience Manager based on fulfillment volume and business needs. As BestDerm continues to scale, additional hours and potential transitions to full-time status may be offered based on operational demand and performance.Core Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment & Shipping:* Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in accordance with BestDerm operational standards* Ensure all orders are fulfilled and shipped within the required 48-hour timeframe* Support priority and expedited shipping requests* Maintain high standards of order accuracy, presentation, and operational efficiency* Prepare shipments in alignment with Platinum Dermatology Partners' premium brand standardsCustomer Experience & Smart Sampling:* Execute fulfillment in accordance with BestDerm's smart sampling protocols to support customer retention and increased order value* Include Gift-With-Purchase (GWP), promotional incentives, and loyalty-driven materials as directed* Prepare handwritten thank-you notes and premium packaging presentations* Support Glow Points loyalty engagement through accurate and thoughtful fulfillment execution* Understand the impact of fulfillment execution on customer satisfaction, retention, and brand perceptionInventory Management & Operational Support:* Support inventory organization, restocking, and operational readiness* Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy* Notify the BestDerm Operations & Customer Experience Manager of inventory discrepancies or low stock levels* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient fulfillment workspaceOperational Support & Continuous Improvement:* Follow operational workflows and procedures established by BestDerm leadership* Maintain accountability and productivity while working independently on-site* Provide ideas and recommendations to improve fulfillment processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience* Support execution of promotions, campaigns, and scaling initiativesWork Environment & Expectations:* This role requires consistent on-site presence* Individual may work independently to complete fulfillment responsibilities* Must demonstrate reliability, accountability, and operational discipline* Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality in alignment with Platinum Dermatology Partners' standardsKey Performance Expectations:Performance will be evaluated based on:* Order accuracy and fulfillment quality* Adherence to 48-hour shipping requirements* Compliance with smart sampling and promotional protocols* Inventory organization and operational readiness* Reliability, accountability, and operational execution* Contribution to positive customer experience and operational scalability
