QA Engineer 2900€ - 3750€ depending on experienceClimate-compliance SaaS | Remote (Europe) | Full-timeMy client is building the infrastructure companies need to navigate the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). As regulation reshapes global trade, they provide software that helps importers understand, report, and manage their carbon exposure.They’ve recently raised investment and are onboarding a growing base of paying customers. Now, they’re bringing QA in-house for the first time and looking for someone who wants to play a foundational role in shaping how quality is built into the product.The RoleThis is not a traditional QA role with established processes and playbooks.You’ll be the first dedicated QA hire, working closely with product and engineering to:Explore and deeply understand the product from a user perspectiveIdentify bugs, edge cases, and inconsistencies across workflowsHelp define what “good” looks like in terms of product qualityBring structure to testing where little currently existsInitially, the focus will be manual, exploratory, and user-centric testing.
