What we are specifically looking for is someone with… The drive to get fully immersed in partnering in ramping up this new business. 7+ years of hands-on sign making experience Graphic design experience, specifically in the Adobe suite or similar. Experience with RIP software Color management and matching experience Broad range Installation experience (surface applications, wraps, monuments, channel letters, dimensional signs, etc.) Experience with face-to-face customer interactions Experience coordinating with outsourced partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors Project management/workflow experience People leadership experience The drive of an entrepreneur Exceptional organizational skills A hunger to learn and grow professionally The ability to have fun If you are what we are looking for, I will pay you what you are worth commensurate with your skills, experiences, and abilities. One more thing… this is a position for an OPERATIONS person with demonstrated design skills.
