Who we're looking forWe're hiring senior/staff, product-minded full-stack engineers to build the core of Supio's platform — a fast-moving, AI-native product used in high-stakes, real-world legal workflows. You build product end-to-end in TypeScript across the stack, from the interfaces customers touch to the services behind them. You're fluent using coding agents in your daily workflow, and you operate with autonomy. You've operated at startup pace and ambiguity at some point in your career and you're excited to build greenfield.What you'll build(scope depends on team placement)The core full-stack application customers work in every dayAgentic platform capabilities spanning voice calling & transcription, medical/financial records extraction, and legal document draftingThe agent runtime — prompt/tool architecture, skill and prompt management, and cost/performance optimizationProduction features, plus the evaluation, tooling, and monitoring that keep them accurate and observable at scaleYou won't just ship features — you'll shape the architecture and technical direction of a fast-evolving platform, with senior autonomy and end-to-end ownership.What you'll bring (must-haves)10+ years of professional software engineering experienceTrue full-stack depth. You own product end-to-end, front to back. This isn't a front-end or backend specialist role; you're comfortable across the whole stack (React/TypeScript on the front end and modern backend services, APIs, and data pipelines).Strong product sense. You build customer-facing product and translate real user needs into technical solutionsFluency with coding agents as part of how you buildDemonstrated experience operating at startup pace and ambiguity — moving fast with less process, owning decisions without a fully-formed spec — at some point in your careerAutonomy and ownership.
