Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack

Who we're looking forWe're hiring senior/staff, product-minded full-stack engineers to build the core of Supio's platform — a fast-moving, AI-native product used in high-stakes, real-world legal workflows. You build product end-to-end in TypeScript across the stack, from the interfaces customers touch to the services behind them. You're fluent using coding agents in your daily workflow, and you operate with autonomy. You own product end-to-end, front to back. This isn't a front-end or backend specialist role; you're comfortable across the whole stack (React/TypeScript on the front end and modern backend services, APIs, and data pipelines).Strong product sense. You build customer-facing product and translate real user needs into technical solutionsFluency with coding agents as part of how you buildDemonstrated experience operating at startup pace and ambiguity — moving fast with less process, owning decisions without a fully-formed spec — at some point in your careerAutonomy and ownership.
