This role manages timelines, organizes cross functional work, and ensures project deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with operational goals. The position strengthens the organization by turning improvement ideas into structured, well executed projects that drive measurable results and support a culture of continuous improvement.Project Management – 40%Manage end‑to‑end project plans for operational improvement initiatives across DC and branch environmentsCoordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables remain on trackMaintain project documentation, status reports, and communication updates for stakeholdersIdentify project risks and escalate issues with recommended solutionsSupport the Operations Excellence Manager in prioritizing and sequencing project portfoliosContinuous Improvement Support – 25%Assist in identifying inefficiencies and supporting Kaizen, Lean, and process‑improvement activitiesGather and analyze operational data to uncover trends and improvement opportunitiesFacilitate workshops and working sessions to align teams on process enhancementsSupport implementation of standardized processes and Leader Standard WorkConduct periodic 5S and process compliance checksKPI & Performance Tracking – 20%Support development and maintenance of operational KPI dashboards and reporting toolsTrack project‑related performance outcomes and validate improvement resultsHelp prepare weekly and monthly performance review materialsMonitor leading and lagging indicators to identify early warning signalsEWM/WM & Systems Support – 10%Assist with documentation, testing, and rollout of SAP EWM/WM enhancementsCoordinate training sessions and user‑adoption activities for system updatesPartner with IT and site teams to ensure process alignment with system functionalityQuality & Safety Support – 5%Assist in quality investigations, documentation, and corrective‑action trackingSupport safety initiatives, training coordination, and incident follow‑up activitiesEnsure alignment with ISO, customer, and internal quality and safety standardsQualifications:Project Management experience is requiredContinuous Improvement experience is preferredBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
