Position Overview Wilson Bulk LLC is seeking a motivated, entry-level Dispatcher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with little to no dispatching experience who is eager to learn the logistics industry from the ground up. In this role, you will support our Lead Dispatchers while learning daily dispatch operations, driver communication, scheduling, and problem-solving. Over time, this position offers growth into increased responsibility and the opportunity to develop into a Lead Dispatcher role. Key Responsibilities Support Lead Dispatchers with daily operational tasks Communicate with drivers regarding loads, routes, and delivery updates Assist with scheduling and coordinating shipments Monitor truck locations and address service or route issues Maintain accurate records of loads, driver communication, and trip details Help resolve issues that arise during transit Provide professional communication with drivers, customers, and internal team members Requirements Strong communication skills (in person and on the phone) Highly responsive and accessible Willingness to learn and grow within the company Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software Availability outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends Work Schedule & Expectations This is a full-time position. Because our trucks operate 24/7, dispatch support must be accessible when issues arise — including after-hours and weekends. Reliability and availability are essential to success in this role. Growth Opportunity This position is designed as a training and development role. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience and have the opportunity to grow into a Lead Dispatcher position with increased responsibility and leadership opportunities.
