Product Engineer (Full Stack) | San Francisco Bay Area | HybridWe're a YC-backed, seed-stage startup building AI agents that help B2B and B2G sales teams win complex, high-value deals in a trillion-dollar market. After rapid growth (10× in the last six months), we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of core product experiences.This is a highly product-driven role with real customer impact and significant technical influence.What you'll do:Own features from early concept through production, shipping quickly and iterating with customer feedbackLead the frontend technically using React, TypeScript, and Next.js, while contributing meaningfully to the backendBuild high-quality, intuitive user experiences for enterprise customersWork closely with customers, product, and sales to turn real-world feedback into product improvementsHelp shape technical direction, standards, and best practices as the team scalesBuild fast, reliable, and scalable systems in a high-growth environmentWhat we're looking for:3+ years of experience in full-stack or product-focused engineering rolesStrong frontend expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworksSolid backend experience with Python, Django, and APIsWhat's in it for you:Up to $220,000 base salaryMeaningful equityDirect impact on product and technical direction at a fast-growing YC companyClose collaboration with experienced founders and early engineersHybrid setup in the San Francisco Bay Area (hybrid week in office)
