As the first point of contact for prospective residents, Realtors, and community partners, the Ambassador is responsible for delivering an exceptional visitor experience that brings the Seaire vision, lifestyle, and opportunities to life.This role is integral to the marketing and sales ecosystem at Seaire, converting Welcome Center traffic into qualified builder visits, community exploration, and ongoing engagement.This is a full-time salaried position that reports directly to Metro Development Group's Marketing Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the General Manager of Seaire Lagoon. Scheduling is flexible, though candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesVisitor Experience & Community StorytellingWelcome guests and provide a professional, engaging introduction to the Seaire communityDeliver compelling presentations covering the Seaire vision, neighborhoods, builders, amenities, and future development plansAssess visitor needs, preferences, and timelines to guide exploration and direct guests to appropriate builder model homes and community featuresProvide guided Welcome Center tours and share relevant information about schools, employment centers, and regional attractionsMaintain current, thorough knowledge of all builders, home offerings, community amenities, and innovation and education partnershipsLead Qualification & Builder ReferralCapture and maintain accurate visitor information and preferences in the community CRM systemQualify prospects based on home preferences, budget, and relocation timeline, and refer them to the appropriate builder model homeMaintain post-visit communication with prospective buyers as appropriateTrack referral activity and assist with reporting on builder engagement and traffic trendsWelcome Center OperationsEnsure the Welcome Center and surrounding visitor areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all timesKeep displays, digital screens, and printed collateral current and accurateMonitor inventory of brochures, maps, and marketing materialsSupport day-to-day administrative tasks, including CRM entry and visitor documentationMarketing & Community PromotionAssist with the planning and execution of community events and promotional activitiesCapture photos and video content for use across Seaire social media and marketing channelsUpdate and maintain the HubSpot chatbot to ensure responses reflect current community informationCreate and distribute a monthly email newsletter to keep prospects and visitors engagedMaintain and regularly update the community FAQ list to support consistent, accurate communicationConduct and submit weekly site reviews to document on-the-ground conditions and community updatesprovide weekly marketing reports to Metro Marketing to support visibility and alignment across teamsProvide visitor feedback and insights to the marketing team to support continuous improvement of messaging and the Welcome Center experienceCommunity Awareness & Market InsightsMaintain familiarity with competing communities and new residential offerings in the regional marketShare observations on development progress, builder activity, and visitor trends with marketing and leadership on a regular basisRealtor & Builder EngagementWelcome visiting Realtors and broker groups and assist with tours, broker events, and community showcasesDeliver collateral to builders and conduct weekly check-ins to stay aligned on updates and prioritiesMaintain awareness of builder inventory, active promotions, and new model openingsSupport ongoing relationship-building efforts with builders and local real estate professionalsQualificationsHigh school diploma required; College (Associates or above) degree preferred2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or community engagementStrong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance with an energetic, positive attitudeAbility to work independently and exercise good judgmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; comfortable with tablets, email platforms, and digital presentation toolsValid Florida driver’s license and personal vehicleAvailability to work weekends and occasional evening eventsBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision/401(k) and other voluntary programs available after 30 days.
